Lawyers point out that the ban on filming drone attacks contradicts the Constitution

Banning the filming of drone attacks and their consequences, introduced in the Volgograd, Rostov, and Astrakhan regions, as well as in Kalmykia, Adygea, and North Ossetia, contradicts the norms enshrined in the Constitution that guarantee the inadmissibility of censorship and the freedom to search for, record, and disseminate information.

A drone attack was prevented in Dagestan today, the state news agency reported at 8:58 a.m. Moscow time. The head of the republic, Sergey Melikov, wrote on his Telegram channel.

"Air targets were shot down over Kaspiysk. Emergency services are working on the scene, and all authorities are operating in emergency response mode," he wrote.

The official urged residents to "observe precautions, including avoiding open streets." "I remind you that a ban has been imposed in Dagestan on the publication of information about terrorist attacks, Ukrainian drone strikes, the deployment of Defense Ministry forces, and critical infrastructure," he emphasized.

Drone attack threats have been cancelled in Kabardino-Balkaria, North Ossetia, and Stavropol Krai, the heads of these regions announced today on their Telegram channels. There are no reports of drone attacks in the publications.

Nine drones were shot down over the Southern Federal District regions overnight.

According to the Ministry of Defense, from 11:30 p.m. Moscow time on November 30 to 7:00 a.m. Moscow time, 32 Ukrainian drones were intercepted and destroyed, including four in the Krasnodar Territory, four in the Rostov Region, one in the Volgograd Region, and three over the Sea of Azov.

The remaining drones, according to a publication on the ministry's Telegram channel, were shot down in the Belgorod, Bryansk, Novgorod, Leningrad, Voronezh, Kursk, Smolensk, and Tula Regions.

In the Rostov Region, drones were neutralized in the Azovsky, Myasnikovsky, and Millerovsky districts, Governor Yuri Slyusar reported on his Telegram channel. "No one was injured. Information about the consequences on the ground is being clarified," he wrote.

As a reminder, on October 22, a drone attack occurred in Makhachkala on "one of the enterprises," the head of Dagestan stated. According to sources, one drone exploded over the enterprise's territory, damaging vehicles there, while the second hit a shopping center under construction. Eight drones have been neutralized in Dagestan, the Ministry of Defense reported that day. City authorities reported no injuries, and several schools have switched to remote learning.
