Authorities have clarified the number of people injured in the drone attack in Volgograd.

As a result of the drone attack in Volgograd, five people were injured, three of whom were hospitalized. 57 residents of damaged multi-story buildings have been transferred to temporary accommodation centers.

As "Caucasian Knot" reported, in Volgograd this morning, as a result of a drone attack, two people were injured. They did not require hospitalization, said Governor Andrey Bocharov.

The number of injured has risen to five

The Volgograd region administration published information about three more injured on its Telegram channel.

"Based on the results Following a medical examination of the residents of the damaged buildings, a decision was made to hospitalize a woman born in 2007 (address: 1 Yeliseyeva Street) and a man born in 1964 (address: 29 Metallurgov Street). Their lives are not in danger," the publication states.

A woman born in 1948 was also injured. "The injuries were sustained as a result of a fall due to the blast wave. A decision has been made to hospitalize them," the regional administration reported.

57 residents are in temporary accommodation centers

Fifty-seven residents of multi-story buildings damaged by a drone attack are in temporary accommodation centers, a Volgograd mayor's office representative reported.

According to him, temporary accommodation centers have been set up for residents of four buildings in three Volgograd districts at School No. 44 and Lyceums No. 2 and No. 11.

"In the Voroshilovsky [district] - 15 people [are in temporary accommodation centers], in Krasnooktyabrsky - 42 people," RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.

As a reminder, eight fires occurred in Taganrog last night as a result of a drone attack. No one was injured, but a private home burned down, and an apartment building and a technical school dormitory were damaged. Residents of the dormitory were evacuated to a temporary shelter.

In the Kuban village of Afipsky, fires also broke out as a result of drone strikes – at an oil refinery and at a subsidiary farm of an agricultural enterprise. Plant personnel were evacuated.
