The Krasnodar Regional Court reviewed the appeal against the transfer of property of former State Duma deputy Yuri Napso to the state and dismissed it.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," in early October, a court in Sochi transferred to state ownership approximately 60 properties belonging to State Duma deputy Yuri Napso, who was stripped of his mandate for absenteeism. This includes shares in the authorized capitals of three companies: National Fuel Company LLC, Kubanoil LLC, and Sochipetrol LLC.

The Krasnodar Regional Court has finally approved the transfer of former deputy Yuri Napso's assets to state ownership, Kommersant reported on November 25, citing the unified press service of the Krasnodar Krai courts.

The Civil Division of the Court reviewed the appeal against the decision to seize Napso's assets and rejected all arguments as unfounded. The appellate decision has entered into force.

At the end of May, the court upheld the decision of State Duma deputies who voted to early strip Yuri Napso of his parliamentary powers. His representative claimed that Napso was stripped of his mandate due to an incorrect calculation of his absences.
