The Ministry of Defense reported nine drones shot down overnight in the Southern Federal District.

Last night, air defense forces intercepted nine fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in Russia's southern regions. A total of 130 UAVs have been shot down over the country.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," air defense forces neutralized UAVs tonight in the Myasnikovsky, Millerovsky, and Chertkovsky districts of the Rostov Region.

From 11:00 PM Moscow time on October 30 to 8:00 AM Moscow time today, the military intercepted 130 UAVs over Russian regions, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported on its Telegram channel. Five drones were neutralized over the Rostov Region, and four more over the Volgograd Region.

The Kursk, Voronezh, Belgorod, Bryansk, Oryol, Tambov, Tula, Lipetsk, Yaroslavl, Kaluga, Ryazan Regions, and the Moscow Region were also subjected to UAV attacks overnight.

As a reminder, on the night of October 30, 19 unmanned aerial vehicles of the aircraft type were shot down in the skies over the Southern Federal District, including 14 over the Rostov Region and five over the Volgograd Region. In the Rostov region, two private homes were damaged during a drone attack, and a cell tower was damaged in the Volgograd region.
