The water supply to Izberbash was restored after the completion of repair work on the Kaspiysk - Izberbash water pipeline, however, city residents noted that such shutdowns are regular in the city.

As "Kavkazsky Uzel" wrote, on September 12, the water supply to Izberbash was suspended due to a major break in the Kaspiysk - Izberbash main water pipeline. This accident was the second since September 2, which caused water shortages in the city.

On September 14, emergency work on the main water pipeline "Kaspiysk-Izberbash" was fully completed, pumping equipment was launched in normal mode, filling of the main water pipeline began, the Unified Operator reported on its Telegram channel.

The publication says that after the restart of the pumping equipment, a temporary increase in water turbidity is possible. It is recommended to refrain from using water for food purposes during the first hours after it is supplied and, if necessary, to let it settle or boil the water first.

Residents of Izberbash confirmed to a "Caucasian Knot" correspondent on September 15 that the water supply to the city had been restored.
