Comment in messenger results in fine imposed on Gelendjik woman

The Gelendjik City Court has fined a local resident by treating her comment posted in a messenger as discrediting the Russian Army.

According to the case materials, Anna Krasovskaya posted a comment and a blue and a blue-yellow smiley face in a pro-Ukrainian messenger, which repeated the colours of the Ukrainian flag. Law enforcers have concluded that Krasovskaya had discredited Russian militaries and drew up a protocol against her, says the website of the Gelendjik City Court.

The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that a court in Novorossiysk had fined Andrei Beschastny by 40,000 roubles, recognizing that his comment posted in the Telegram had discredited the Russian Armed Forces.
