Kadyrov orders to kill relatives of hiding criminals

If a person who has committed a crime against public safety or law enforcers is hiding, law enforcers must punish one of his relatives, Ramzan Kadyrov has stated, explaining this by Chechen traditions.

As has been customary from time immemorial, if one of relatives has done something wrong, and they failed to find the criminal, then they killed his brother or father. Therefore, we'll very quickly compensate for our blood feud," he has stated.
