Officer of Kadyrov police regiment explains his words about “invaders” in Grozny

A post mentioning the thousands of “invaders” killed during an assault on Grozny by federal troops in 1994 was about terrorists and war criminals, says Captain Ilyas Soltaev from the Akhmat Kadyrov special-purpose police regiment.
