A nephew of Kadyrov thanks him for winning boxing tournament in Grozny

At the “Time of Legends-7” tournament, not only a son of the leader of Chechnya, but also his nephew Magomed Delimkhanov became a winner. The boxer said that he owed the victory to his “dear uncle.”

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that a video of the fights at the boxing tournament in Grozny provoked wide public outcry and criticism. Instagram users called the fights a circus performance. A duel involving Eli Kadyrov, a son of the leader of Chechnya, was criticized. In their comments, social media users suggested that an Eli’s rival succumbed. Sports commentators also called the victory of Abdulkerim Edilov, a coach of the children of the leader of Chechnya, “strange.”

Ramzan Kadyrov’s nephew Magomed Delimkhanov, known under a nickname of Black Yaguar, became one of the winners of the boxing tournament. “I made a successful debut in the professional ring. I owe my victory to my dear uncle, Hero of Russia Ramzan Kadyrov. He believed in me and created all conditions for sports achievements in the region,” Magomed Delimkhanov wrote on Instagram page “za_kra_magomed_delimkhanov”.

Four sons of Ramzan Kadyrov – Eli (Zelimkhan), Adam, Akhmad, and Abubakar – are engaged in boxing. Earlier, the fights with their participation have already raised doubts among fans. So, at the “Time of Legends-6: Special Operation” tournament, Adam Kadyrov defeated Aslan Bittirov, a fighter from Kabardino-Balkaria. Human rights defenders Oyub Titiev and Ruslan Kutaev suggest that the victories of the Ramzan Kadyrov’s sons are often arranged by coaches and tournament organizers: being associates of the leader of Chechnya, they do not want to upset him.
