Visitor's complaint about beating in Dagestan sparks controversy on Instagram

The girl, who moved to Makhachkala because of her religious beliefs, has complained that she was seriously injured in a fight in the hospital and because of this she can't find a job. Some users of the social network expressed their support for her, noting the low culture of local residents; however, their opponents pointed to the intemperance of the girl herself.

It follows from the post on the Instagram public golos.dagestana that the girl "was looking for peace of mind in Makhachkala, but found pain, disappointment and wild fear."

The incident occurred on July 9 at the hospital registry, where the girl wanted to get registered at the antenatal clinic. "There was one girl in the queue; I told her that I'd go to fetch my medical card. When I returned, another girl came up there and stood in the queue. The first girl didn't understand that I was the next after. When I returned, a conflict broke out with the newcomer; she was very negative and aggressive," the author of the video clip has narrated.

Later, according to her story, she urged her opponent to behave in line with religion, to which she responded with irony. "I couldn't stand it and said that we shouldn't behave like idiots, we are Muslim women. She rushed at me to fight, started hitting me in the face," the believer has explained.

As a result, the girl received a brain trauma.

Most of the commentators were outraged by the beating of the girl. Another part of users found the girl also guilty of the conflict.

"She hasn't found a job, but the most important thing for her was to get registered at the antenatal clinic. It's a very strange story ... By the way, she was the first to insult the other girl," the user marinahuseevna has written.
