Report on border with Chechnya disrupted in Nazran by a bomb threat call

The Ingush Council of Teips (family clans) postponed the discussion of the report of the commission on the determination of the border with Chechnya after the visit of law enforcers, who were checking information about house mining. An author of the bomb report was planning to disrupt the meeting of the Ingush Council of Teips, Instagram users suggested.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that in the autumn of 2018, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, the leader of Ingushetia, concluded an agreement with Ramzan Kadyrov on the issue of establishing the border between the republics. That provoked mass protests in Ingushetia, the participants of which accused Yunus-Bek Yevkurov of transferring part of the Ingush lands to Chechnya.

The meeting of the Ingush Council of Teips was planned to be held today in a private house in Mutaliev Street in Nazran, but law enforcers came at the place and explained their arrival by a threat call about a bomb planted, the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent was told by Ruslan Mutsolgov, the leader of the regional branch of the “Yabloko” Party.

Today, the video from the place has been posted in the “Ingushetia News” Instagram public account, accessible to its subscribers only. Social media users suggested that an author of the bomb threat call was planning to disrupt the meeting of the Ingush Council of Teips. “Those who secretly support the anti-Ingush agreements are concerned,” user inalgiew suggested, in particular.
