Armenian analysts treat video about Azerbaijani militaries near Shushi as truthful

The video by the film director, Arshak Zakaryan, that before the capture of Shushi, Armenian militaries failed to react to intelligence data on the advancement of Azerbaijani Special Forces near the city looks reliable, military experts have admitted.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 8, 2020, the capture of Shushi became a key episode in the aggravation of the Karabakh conflict: after that, Azerbaijani troops found themselves near Stepanakert. With the loss of Shushi (the Azerbaijani name is Shusha), Armenia agreed to a truce, by which Azerbaijan gained control over two-thirds of the territory of Karabakh.

Arshak Zakaryan has noted that in late October 2020, Armenian special fighters continuously delivered coordinates of the enemy in the hope that artillery would ruin them, which could have become a "turning point in the war," but this did not happen.

"It's important to note that since October 27 (maybe even earlier) Armenia knew the exact coordinates of the three Azerbaijani groups, which eventually ended up in Shushi. Not a single blow was inflicted on these groups, although they were in full view of Armenian militaries," says the caption to the above Zakaryan's video posted in the Telegram channel "Bagramyan 26".

German Kulikovsky, the author of the Telegram channel "Older than Edda" "wrote back in early November that Armenians were planning to encircle and liquidation of the enemy's grouping near Shushi." He believes that Armenia, despite the "catastrophic failures" at the beginning of the war, was on the verge of a major victory.

Let us remind you that Serzh Sargsyan, the third President of Armenia, stated, in his interview with the "ArmNews" that the authorities "had surrendered Shushi."
