Instagram users criticize decision on third expert examination in Djabiev's case

According to advocate Diana Sanakoeva, an institution to hold the third forensic examination in the case on Inal Djabiev's death will be determined by the end of the week. Instagram users expressed their indignation at the appointment of a new forensic examination and noted that the reasons for Inal Djabiev's death were obvious.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the round-the-clock protest action organized by Inal Djabiev's relatives has been taking place in Tskhinvali since December 4. The protest was not interrupted even on the New Year's Eve. The protesters are too few to get a reaction from the authorities, believe Instagram users who discussed the Djabiev relatives' protest. On January 11, Oksana Sotieva, a widow of Inal Djabiev, said that investigators did not disclose any results of their work, and the General Prosecutor's Office had not appointed a new expert examination in the case on her husband's death.

The protest organized by Inal Djabiev's relatives in the central square of Tskhinvali has been going on for the second month already. The protestors point to numerous violations committed during the investigation into the murder and demand the resignation of the General Prosecutor.

Social network users questioned the need for another forensic examination. Some of them expressed their indignation at the fact that the investigation was being delayed.

"The man was not found in the forest, but beaten within four walls in the presence of a large number of witnesses," noted user eleg_ant7.
