In the 1st quarter of 2018, no one fell victim to armed conflict in Stavropol Territory

In January, February, and March 2018, in the Stavropol Territory, no one fell victim to the ongoing armed conflict in Northern Caucasus. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from other open sources.

In the first quarter of 2017, no victims to the armed conflict were reported in the Stavropol Territory.

The provided statistics cannot reflect the number of victims with the 100 percent accuracy. Not all information is included in the news reports. It is not always possible to check the reliability of the statements voiced by the law enforcement bodies. Besides, new facts about the events of the reporting period become often known after the statistics had been already published on the "Caucasian Knot".

In 2017, in the Stavropol Territory, at least 6 people fell victim to the ongoing armed conflict in Northern Caucasus: they were killed. In 2016, at least 6 people fell victim to the armed conflict in the Stavropol Territory: they were also killed. In 2015, in the Stavropol Territory, at least two persons fell victim to the ongoing armed conflict in Northern Caucasus, they were also killed. In 2014, at least 11 people fell victim to the armed conflict in the Stavropol Territory. Of them, 10 were killed and another was injured.

In 2013, at least 17 people fell victim to the armed conflict in the Stavropol Territory. Of them, 13 were killed and four others were injured. In 2012, 12 victims were reported in the Stavropol Territory. Of them, 10 were killed and other two were wounded. In 2011, 24 victims, including 17 killed and seven wounded, were registered in the Stavropol Territory. In 2010, in the region, 89 people fell victim to the armed conflict, including 10 killed and 79 wounded.
