High-profile killing in Dagestan

An explosion killed Dagestan's Nationalities Policy, Information and External Relations Minister Zagir Arukhov in the yard of apartment house no 31 in Aliyev St in Makhachkala at 8:03 pm today, the officer on duty at the Sovetskii District Division of Internal Affairs told Interfax.

Some people were also wounded, according to preliminary information, ITAR-TASS says.
