In Quarter 2 of 2015, 44 persons fell victim to armed conflict in Northern Caucasus

At least 44 people were killed in the armed conflict in the North Caucasus in the second quarter of 2015. Of these, 38 people were killed and at least six people were injured. These are the results of calculations of the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from open sources.

Among the 38 killed - 33 people involved, according to law enforcement agencies, to the activities of illegal armed groups, three members of the security forces and two civilians.

Republic of Dagestan remains the "hot spot" of the North Caucasus - for the period from 1 April to 30 June during an armed standoff at least 26 people were killed there. The victims of the armed conflict in Ingushetia at least six people were in the second quarter of 2015, of which three people were killed and three were wounded.
