Suspected militants killed in the Botlikh District of Dagestan

In Dagestan, in the village of Andi, during operative-search activities, a member of the local grouping of militants was killed, said a regional law enforcement source.

According to the source, the man was blocked today in a private house of Andi, Botlikh District, and, when offered by power agents to surrender, opened fire at them.

"He was killed by response fire," the RIA "Novosti" quotes the source. The casualty was a member of the local illegal armed formation (IAF), who was on the federal wanted list.
