Vladimir Putin appoints new plenipotentiary in South Federal District

The Russian President dismissed Viktor Kazantsev as the President's Plenipotentiary in the South Federal District and appointed Vladimir Yakovlev to this position.

Deputy Plenipotentiary in the South Federal District Sergey Epifantsev told the Regnum news agency that this information had not influenced the working rhythm at the Plenipotentiary's Office.
