Ilkham Aliyev: Azerbaijan reserves right to liberate Karabakh by force at any moment

Azerbaijan is for peaceful resolution of the conflict in Karabakh, however it does not rule out a possibility of using force to liberate the territories occupied by Armenia, stated President of Azerbaijan Ilkham Aliyev on January 20.

"Azerbaijan has the full authority to liberate its lands at any time and by using any means," stressed the President.

At the same time Ilkham Aliyev told that at this point he considered necessary to continue negotiations with Armenia.
