Book "Problems of Civil Society Development in the Republic of Dagestan" presented in Makhachkala

The book "Problems of Civil Society Development in the Republic of Dagestan" was presented at the National Library in Makhachkala on January 15. It contains speeches and articles that leading republican politicians, scientists and public figures prepared for the conference of the same name held last year. Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Dagestan Mukhu Aliyev was an initiator of and active participant in both the conference and yesterday's presentation.

Specific proposals concerning the forming of civil society institutions and environment which could help them to work more productively, as well as those concerning the development of interaction between authorities and civil society institutions were given at the presentation.
