Ingush leader sacks his health minister

Today, the head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov has visited the Karabulak City Hospital, severely criticized its work and ordered mo take a cadre decision on the Minister of Public Health of Ingushetia.

After visiting the hospital in Karabulak, Yunus-Bek Evkurov treated its condition not only as inadequate but also as unacceptable.

After his inspection visit to the hospital, the Ingush leader gave strict instructions to the local supervising bodies to resolve the problems of the city hospital, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

Personal cadre decisions were made in follow-up of the visit. As explained by the administration of the head of the republic, Hussein Zyazikov, Minister of Public Health of Ingushetia, Khavash Dzeitov, Mayor of Karabulak, and Madina Vedvizheva, Chief Physician of the above hospital, will be dismissed from their posts.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that a criminal case was initiated against Inna Malsagova, the former Public Health Minister, who was suspected of embezzling 200 million roubles allocated for the purchase of medical equipment.
