1st Congress of Representatives of Kuban Public Self-government will be held in Novorossiysk

The deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar region Mikhail Kovalyuk appeared with the initiative to organize the 1st Congress of Representatives of the Kuban Public Self-government. Representatives of city and regional administrations of the region will take part in this action. The Congress will be held on in Novorossiysk August 23.

Kovalyuk assumes that "precise information from the chairmen of district committees will contribute to the fruitful work of each deputy, as well as the whole Legislative Assembly of the region".

The deputies will also discuss the problems of public self-government in the Kuban region and decide what public activists need to make their work more effective.
