Krasnodar resident fined ten times within two months for his comment in messenger

A court recognized a comment posted on Telegram by Andrei Maksimov, a resident of Krasnodar, as a call to violate the territorial integrity of Russia. The Krasnodar resident has been fined for the tenth time since March.reports.

The Prikubansky District Court of Krasnodar pronounced a decision to fine Andrei Maksimov 30,000 roubles. In March, the man was fined five times for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces and other four fines were imposed on him for posting extremist materials on the Internet, the “Protocol. Krasnodar”publication.

Earlier, the Caucasian Knot has reported that Zakhar Zaripov, a resident of the Khabarovsk Territory, was sentenced to five years of imprisonment for appealing to the leader of Chechnya, as the court recognized Zakhar Zaripovs appeal as a statement justifying terrorism. Human rights defenders called the courts decision strange. They note that now many cases on justifying terrorism, fake news, or discrediting the Russian Army leave people shocked.
